Who we are
KE Sites is a family-run web design studio in the South Bay (Los Angeles), run by siblings Ethan and Kasandra with adult business oversight. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this site.
What we collect
Only what you tell us through the contact form: your business name, your name, email, phone number, business location, project timeline, what your business does, and your current website if you have one. We don't use tracking cookies or collect anything beyond what you submit.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and build your free website preview. That's it — we don't use your information for anything else.
Where it lives
When you submit the contact form, it's emailed to us through Resend (a transactional email provider). This site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it doesn't track you personally, build a profile of you, or share data with advertisers. There's no ad tracking and we never sell data.
Spam protection
The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out bots and spam submissions. It runs quietly in the background and doesn't track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we're working together, or as long as we might reasonably need it to follow up. Email hello@kesites.com anytime and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted? Email hello@kesites.com and we'll take care of it — no forms, no runaround.
Children's privacy
This site is built for business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the effective date below.
